On 23rd February, 2024 the Konkani department organized a guest lecture for the department students on Anchoring as a Career option by noted Anchor Mr. Anant Agni, Headmaster of Ravindra Kelekar Dyanmandir, Margao.
Faculty Ambar Naik introduced the speaker to the students, who later spoke to them about the various nuances and aspects of being a good Anchor. He emphasized that posture, facial expression, smartness in being spontaneous, confidence and voice modulation are important traits in becoming a successful anchor. He captivated the audience with humorous anecdotes of his experiences as an anchor. The lecture was interactive and thoroughly enjoyed by the students.
