ID Card Notice 2023-2024

Guidelines for First Year Identity Card Registration Process:

1. All fields are compulsory.
2. Admission ID – Refers to 13 digit character code from DHE IAIMS ADMISSION Portal.
3. Roll No – Complete 7 digit code (Refer to the notice board).
4. Name should be enter as per the HSSC marksheet.
5. Date of Birth – Please check the date format (Default Format: mm-dd-yyyy).
6. Contact Number – Enter Student’s contact number.
7. Emergency Contact No –  Parent/Guardian Mobile is to be entered.
8. Before uploading the photograph, rename the photograph to the assigned roll number (Eg. 2301001).

Image Upload Instructions:

1. Take a photo against a plain white background. Avoid shadows on face or anything blocking face view, no hats, no dark lenses, or anything that obscures the face.
2. Photo should be front view, full face from shoulders up, eyes open and looking at the camera.
3. Avoid blurry pictures, no filters or enhanced photos. Image should be clear.
4. The image must not include other objects or additional people. Ensure that you are only one person in picture.
5. File format must be jpeg/jpg.

UNACCEPTABLE PHOTOS:

1. Too dark, image is not visible.
2. Face is obscured.
3. Scenery background.
4. Goofy expressions.
5. Bad crop.

The ID Card Form will be considered complete and correct only when it meets the above mentioned criteria. Please consider using Standard internet browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, Opera when filing up the ID Card Form.
