Online Admissions for S.Y./T.Y. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. for the Academic Year 2022-2023

Guidelines for Second Year/Third Year Admission Registration Process:

  1. The admissions for SY/TYBA/B.Sc/B.Com Degree Programmes is conducted by Directorate of Higher Education, Porvorim-Goa, through an online centralized process.
  2. The students seeking admissions for S.Y./T.Y. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Degree Programmes have to login into the IAIMS portal ( using their credentials (PR numbers) on the link.
  3. After login, the student has to click on Student Registration → 2Y or 3Y registration → Student Self Registration.
  4. Most of the details of the student will be pre-filled and displayed on the form.
  5. The student will have to apply for the promotion of the degree course for the subsequent year 2022-2023.
  6. The student can update her photo and signature.
  7. The application process will be complete from the student’s end, only after submitting the application form.

Guidelines for Students who wish to transfer their admission for Second year and Third year to Carmel College for Women:

  1. Second/Third year students who wish to seek admission to our College will have to obtain an NOC from the current studying college.
  2. You will have to apply for a provisional admission letter from The Principal of Carmel College.
  3. The NOC along with the Provisional admission letter has to be emailed to DHE with the subject titled “Application for the transfer of admission” on the following email
  4. DHE will process the application and transfer the student to our College

NOTE: Students experiencing technical difficulties with regards to logging-in, kindly email your queries to:

College Admission Process:

  1. Registered students will receive an e-mail from the college only after the declaration of results, regarding Admission forms/counselling session/ Subject/Course selection.
  2. Once admitted, students will receive the payment link from the college via e-mail..
  3. The student will have to download the application form to update their details.
  4. Most of the details of the student will be pre-filled and displayed on the form.
  5. The admission process will be confirmed only after payment of fees and on uploading of fee receipt in the IAIMS portal.
