A talk on pursuing a career as a Cost and Management Accountant was held on 14th October 2023 from 9:15 am to 10:15 am for the third-year B.Com students. The resource person for this session was CMA Ms. Adnika Colaco who has 20 years of experience in the areas of Management Reporting, Business Planning, Budgeting, External Reporting, Product Costing, Financial Accounting and SAP implementation. She gave a brief introduction to current market scenario and industry demand in the Finance sector. She also presented all the necessary details about the CMA course along with the fee structure.
The career guidance talk served as a source of inspiration and motivation for students, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to embark on their career journey with purpose. Ms. Adnika Colaco’s expertise and engaging presentation style created a positive and empowering atmosphere, leaving a lasting impact on all participants. A total of 46 students attended this session.
