The YEF saw participation from 15 groups who set up stalls showcasing their products. The stalls included food and beverages, desserts, clothing, and accessories. The food stalls had an exciting mix of items such as pani puri, corn chaat, idli sambar chutney, sandwiches, burgers, caffreal bread, noodles, hot and sweet chicken, spring rolls, lays bhel, fish cones, forminhas, kathi rolls, gobi Manchurian, mushroom rolls, and chicken nuggets. The desserts included cakes, shot glass desserts, jar cakes, brownies, doughnuts, pudding, coconut souffle, and gulab jamun. The beverage served were tea and coffee, virgin mojito, and blue lagoon. The clothing and accessories stalls offered items such as tops, t-shirts, scrunchies, dream catchers, jewelry, and bags.

Each group created brochures that outlined their group name and products, which they distributed among the staff and students to place pre-orders. The YEF was a huge success, and all the items on offer were sold out. The participating students were allowed to keep the profits earned from the sales. The event gave the students a glimpse into the nuances of starting and running a business. It was an excellent initiative that encouraged entrepreneurial skills among the TY B.COM students. It provided them with a platform to showcase their talent and gave them a hands-on experience of what it takes to start and run a business.
