As the famous saying goes, “All work and no play makes Jack a Dull boy” similarly besides education, Carmel College looks forward to enthusiastic participation of all students in the various activities organized by the college including inter collegiate activities.

The college has come up with a modern multipurpose Indoor Sports Complex with the following facilities.

• Gymnasium
• Badminton Court with vinyl flooring
• Table tennis Room
• Pool table/ caroms
• Changing rooms/wash rooms etc

The football field has also been laid with natural turf with facility for floodlight matches/play.

The College has been actively participating in various sports/games like, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennikoit, Table-Tennis, Football, Handball, Athletics, wherein the students are trained to be tough physically as well as mentally.

The College has been gifted with a very focused and skilled Physical director:  Mr. Olavo Menezes  Gama, who not only puts our students through their moves but is also is an inspiring and greatly motivating coach. This year our college has once again won Gold in the intercollegiate football and volleyball events organized by Goa University.  A number of our players have represented the state and University in various National events and Goa women football league.
