NCC Cadets of Carmel College of Arts, Science & Commerce for Women, Nuvem Goa participated in the 9th International Yoga Day organized by Rosary College of Commerce & Arts, Navelim, Salcete Goa on 21st June 2023 at Rosary Church Hall, Navelim from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. The resource persons for this session were the yoga experts, Kaulina and Astha from Yogasthah. A total number of 15 cadets participated in the same. During the session different Yoga Asanas related to ‘Hathyoga’ were conducted. Apart from this, one of the resource persons spoke about the importance of yoga and meditation in daily life. The session was well organized, and cadets also learnt about body loosening practices.
