The Department of English, organised the release of Everything I Thought Was You, a book authored by student Sayeda Afifa, at the College Library on 05 August, 2026.
Dr. Aldina Braganza, Officiating Principal, congratulated Afifa on her remarkable accomplishment and commended her for pursuing her creative passion. Sharing her writing journey, Afifa spoke about the inspiration behind her book and the experiences that shaped her as a writer
The programme concluded with an interactive session with the author. Dr. Brian Mendonça, Head of the Department of English, proposed the vote of thanks. The event was coordinated by Ms. Ayeesha Antão, Assistant Professor of English.
