Konkani Raxtriya Manyatay Dis

On 20^th August the department of Konkani celebrated Konkani Raxtriya Manyatay Dis which meant inclusion of Konkani in the 8^th Schedule of the Constitution. On the occasion a rally was held by the department students from the campus to the College gate wherein Ms. Pooja Sangodkar, Assistant Professor of Konkani addressed the students and told them about the importance of the day. Students carried placards and shouted out slogans and created an awareness about the importance of the day.55 students along with department faculty participated in the same.
