Twelve F.Y.B.Sc. students of Carmel College participated in ‘Chlorofest 2025’, an intercollegiate competition organized by Dhempe College of Arts and Science, Miramar Goa, on 17th March 2025, featuring themes based on Paleobotany. The event comprised of seven exciting competitions that tested creativity, knowledge, and skills in various domains related to ancient plant life and ecological themes.
Students of Carmel College participated in the following competitions: 1. Entry Parade, 2. Theatrical Act, 3. Fashion Show, 4. Face Painting, 5. Green Dish, 6. Mr. and Ms. Chlorofest and 7. Treasure Hunt.
Students of Carmel College showcased exceptional talent and enthusiasm in the event under the guidance of Ms. Pratiksha Dabolkar, Assistant Professor in Botany securing commendable positions in multiple competitions:
* Green Dish – 1st Place
* Entry Parade – 2nd Place
* Face Painting – 2nd Place
* Treasure Hunt – 3rd Place
* Theatrical Act – 3rd Place
Carmel College secured an overall third place in the event.
