The Department of Commerce of Carmel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce for Women, Nuvem, Goa, organized Business Fundas 2026, a state-level inter-higher secondary commerce fest, powered by Ascend Financial and Insurance Services and the Rotary Club of Margao Midtown. Eight higher secondary schools from across Goa participated in the event, which was inaugurated by Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Sr Maria Aradhana A.C., former Principal of the College. Centered on the theme “Innovate Minds. Inspire Change. Ignite Futures,” the fest featured four innovative competitions that showcased creativity, commerce knowledge, and teamwork. St. Andrew’s Higher Secondary School, Vasco, was the runner-up, while V.V.M.’s Ramacrisna Madeva Salgaocar Higher Secondary School, Margao, emerged as the overall champion.
