The Department of Zoology celebrated the International Tiger Day on 30th July 2026 in the auditorium and UG Lab 13. The event was commemorated to celebrate the majestic tiger and underpin the importance of tiger conservation. A talk was delivered by Prof. Dr. Manoj Borkar, HOD, Department of Zoology on the ‘Maneaters of India’ in the auditorium at 9:15am. Competitions like Henna Art and Painting were organized in UG Lab 13 at 10:00 am to celebrate the event. A fun tiger trivia game was also organized in the auditorium at 11:00am. Students across the streams participated enthusiastically in the event. The event concluded with the prize distribution ceremony.
