The Department of Psychology organized the Community Health Outreach: Grandparents’ Day Medical Camp on 25th July 2026 in collaboration with the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA) Goa and Apollo Victor Hospital. Conducted at the PG Block, Carmel College, the camp promoted preventive healthcare by offering free health screening and medical consultations to senior citizens and the community. A key highlight was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Carmel College and YWCA Goa, marking the beginning of a collaborative partnership to promote community outreach, service-learning, and social welfare initiatives.
