The Department of Commerce of Carmel College of Arts, Science, and Commerce solemnly observed Income Tax Day on 24th July 2026 with the delivery of the Income Tax Pledge. This initiative was aimed at promoting awareness and responsibility towards tax compliance among students. A total of 56 students of the commerce stream, along with 6 faculty members, actively participated in the event. The pledge was administered by Mr. Audhoot Satardekar, Associate Professor in Commerce, who guided the students through the solemn oath.
