Objectives of the Activity:
- To provide a comprehensive understanding of the NET Psychology examination structure, syllabus, and pattern.
- To guide students in developing an effective preparation strategy and study plan.
- To familiarize aspirants with important topics, trends, and frequently asked areas in NET Psychology.
Activity Overview:
The Postgraduate Department of Psychology, Carmel College of Arts, Science and Commerce for Women, successfully organized a workshop titled “Roadmap to NET Psychology: From Aspirant to Qualifier” on 24th April 2026 at 11:30 a.m. onwards in PGCR 2. The session was conducted by Ms. Ankita Patil, Assistant Professor from PES College Goa.
The primary objective of the workshop was to guide postgraduate students in preparing effectively for the NET Psychology examination. The resource person provided a detailed overview of the examination pattern, syllabus, and important areas of focus. She emphasized the importance of conceptual clarity, consistent revision, and strategic preparation. Practical tips on time management, solving multiple-choice questions, and avoiding common mistakes were also discussed.
The session was interactive and engaging, with students actively participating and raising queries regarding preparation strategies, recommended resources, and managing exam-related stress. Ms. Patil shared her insights and personal experiences, which helped in motivating the students and giving them a realistic understanding of the preparation journey.
