  1. To provide personalized feedback to parents about their ward’s performance in the subject.
  2. To address any academic concerns or challenges faced by students.
  3. To foster collaborative efforts between teachers and parents for the overall development of the students.

 Activity Overview:

The Department of Psychology conducted a Parent-Teacher Meeting on 18th September 2025 for the parents of third-year psychology students. The purpose of this meeting was to share and discuss students’ academic progress and performance in the paper they are currently studying.

Teachers interacted with parents on a one-to-one basis to provide individualized feedback regarding their child’s performance. The meeting served as a platform to address concerns, share observations, and work collaboratively to support the academic growth of the students.

 Outcomes of the Activity:

  1. Parents received a clear understanding of their ward’s academic standing and progress.
  2. Created an opportunity to address challenges and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Encouraged greater parental involvement in their ward’s academic journey.
