The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, conducted an Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme (EAP) to promote entrepreneurial thinking among youth and foster a spirit of innovation and self-reliance.
The session commenced with a warm welcome by Ms Glancy Borges, Assistant Professor (TIP Coordinator). The introductory session conducted by Mr. Siddharth Joshi, Project Manager at EDII , focussed on understanding entrepreneurial mindset, traits of successful entrepreneurs, and importance of innovation.
Ms. Durva Sukhathankar, Project Officer at EDII conducted interactive group activities to brainstorm and evaluate business ideas.
A total of 59 students from various streams including Commerce, Science, and Arts actively participated in the programme. The session was highly interactive, offering students numerous opportunities to engage with the resource persons and have their queries addressed. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Vaibhavi Prabhu Gaonkar, a TYBA student.
