Author, entrepreneur and sports enthusiast Sonalii Guptaa interacted with responsive students and released her book of poems titled Of Love . . . Life and Everything in Between at Carmel College of Arts, Science and Commerce for Women, Nuvem, Goa on 1 September 2018. Ethel Da Costa, ex-student and GS of Carmel College, now Founder CEO of Think Geek Media, and curator of the event spoke of it as her way of helping people give back to society.
Students benefited from the Master Class held by Ms. Guptaa titled ‘Claim, Not Shame Your Body.’ Several copies of the book were sold at the launch with students lining up for the author’s autograph. Dr. Brian Mendonca, Assistant Professor introduced the speakers. Jessa Mascarenhas offered a vote of thanks.
