DEPARTMENT OF POLITICAL SCIENCE

The Department seeks to train students to become enlightened and empowered citizens by developing analytical and methodological skills. Curricular and co-curricular activities are conducted to sensitize students to a variety of issues and concerns related to environment, human rights, gender and current affairs. The results secured by the students at the University exams are a proud feature of the department.

The students that pursue a degree in Political Science can pursue careers as Lecturers, Lawyers, Research Assistants and Political Journalists as well as answer Competitive exams.
